Meeting Minutes
April 4, 2006

A meeting of the Dakota Ridge Homeowners Association was held on April 4, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. in the Board Room of The Commercial Property Group, LLC at 3001 S. Lincoln, Steamboat Springs, Colorado.

The meeting of the Board of the Dakota Ridge Homeowners Association was called to order at 2:00 p.m.

Election Results

Medora Fralick gave the 2006 DRHOA election results as calculated by election committee. Diane Pietig and Tim Depuy received the majority of votes. The results will also be announced at the annual meeting on April 6th.


Annual Meeting

The Annual Meeting Agenda for April 6th was reviewed and responsibilities assigned to presenters.


Water Study Presentation by CDC

Doug Bradfield and Mary Andre from Civil Design Consultants presented an overview of the water study for Dakota Ridge. Appendix G is included with these minutes for the record. Doug discussed the items on Appendix G which is detailed within the report. In summary, several key items were pointed out as possible priorities to be addressed by the Board and Association members, such as a finding the source of the 40% loss of water from the pump house to the upper lot houses, need of a Leak Detection Survey, un-metered homes to have a operating meter, revision of water rate structure, improved system management, and monitoring of water quality. The Water Study Report will be made available to all lot owners on the DRHOA website. Doug will present the Water Study Report at the Annual Meeting on April 6, 2006.


Other

The Dakota Ridge HOA website rough draft was reviewed and approved to proceed to completion by the Board members.
