Meeting Minutes
September 22, 2010

A meeting of the Dakota Ridge Homeowners Association was held on September 22, 2010 at 8:30 a.m. in the Board Room of The Commercial Property Group, LLC at 3001 S. Lincoln, Steamboat Springs, Colorado.

Board Members: Michael Williams
Mindy Williams
H.C. Pace
Thomas Stone
David Zedeck

Guests: Medora Fralick as Recording Secretary for the Board


The meeting was called to order at 8:35 a.m.

Thomas Stone explained that the Board needed to adopt the Unanimous consent first, then work through these which means since last week’s meeting was adjourned, the water discussion should be posted for public comment.

Discussion ensued regarding the proposed policy on water usage and billing. Changes were made and reflected on the document. The policy will be posted to the website for review. Thomas will revise the policy. It will be circulated to the Board for input and approval. Once approved, the policy will be posted to the website for 30 days and then ratified.

Discussion of the Covenant revisions related to the Architectural changes ensued. The Board discussed the proposed changes. The final document will be revised and posted to the website and will be sent out to the members.



There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 9:45 a.m.
