Financials
Tomas Stone gave the Financials report. He noted that the Association is still ahead of budget for the year. A maturing CD was rolled over into a new CD. CD’s maturing in February will be rolled into new CD’s depending on the snow removal costs incurred by the Association up to that date and projected costs for the remainder of the winter season.

ARC
Medora reported that plans for a garage addition for Lot 59 have been submitted.

Water
Medora stated that updated information for the water study has been submitted and a report is forthcoming.

Medora informed the Board that a nominal amount of money will be required to move the curbstop from Lot 23 to Lot 21.
After some discussion, Tim DePuy made a motion to approve moving the curbstop from Lot 23 to Lot 21 at the Association’s expense not exceeding $500.00 and it was seconded by Brent Langevin. The motion was approved unanimously.

Other
Medora presented a letter for review regarding the Annual Meeting elections for Board terms. Once the date for the meeting has been agreed upon by the Board, a copy will be provided to each lot owner.

The next monthly meeting is December 13, 2007 at 1:15 p.m.

There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.

Respectfully submitted,
