Dakota Ridge Homeowners Association
Board of Directors Meeting
Thursday, March 9, 2017

A meeting of the board of directors of the Dakota Ridge Homeowners Association was called to order by President Sharon Pace at 8:05 am in the Board Room of The Commercial Property Group, LLC at 3001 S. Lincoln Ave., Steamboat Springs, Colorado.

Tim gave an update on the Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). NWCC has submitted a final report on recommended road capital projects and their expected costs. The CIP Committee is still waiting for a report from CDC regarding anticipated projects and costs relating to the Association’s water system, which the committee is now hoping to receive in April.

No action was taken regarding Water.

Tomas recapped the Association’s year to date financial results as of February 28, 2017. The Association’s overall income and expense from operations compares favorably to the budget by approximately $62,000. The bulk of this savings comes from snowplowing, water system repairs and water operations each being substantially under budget.

No action was taken with regard to Roads.

No action was taken with regard to ARC.

Under Other Items, the Board discussed preparing for the upcoming Annual Meeting.

The next Board meeting will be immediately following the conclusion of the annual meeting on March 23, 2017.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:40 am.
