Dakota Ridge Homeowners Association
Board of Directors Meeting
Thursday, March 3, 2016

The meeting was called to order by President Sharon Pace at 8:05 am in the Board Room of The Commercial Property Group, LLC at 3001 S. Lincoln, Steamboat Springs, Colorado.

There was no action taken with regard to Water.

Tomas recapped the Association’s financial position as of January 31, 2016. The Association’s overall income and expense from operations compares favorably to the budget by approximately $7,600. This surplus is expected to diminish due to large February snowplowing bills.

With regard to Roads, Carrie reported that the sinkhole that occurred at the intersection of Aspen Ridge Road and Agate Creek Road will need to be examined in the spring before patching. Also, Native Excavating will need to check the sides of all the roads in the neighborhood and make repairs accordingly.

Sarah provided an ARC update, and shared that the Rasa project is on hold at the moment, until the Rasa’s receive an environmental health report concerning their proposed project.

The board discussed the upcoming Annual Meeting, took note of the number of proxies received to date and members’ comments on the ballots.

The next board meeting will be held immediately after the annual meeting of the Dakota Ridge Homeowners Association. The annual meeting will be held at the Hampton Inn, 725 S. Lincoln, Steamboat Springs, CO on March 22, 2016 at 4:00 pm.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:50 am.
