Board of Directors Meeting
Thursday December 11, 2014
In Attendance: Jim Simon, Tom Valicenti, Sharon Pace and Tomas Stone and Medora Fralick as Administrator
The meeting was called to order by Tom Valicenti at 8:02 am.
The financials were reviewed by Tomas. The overall expenses continue to be under budget and revenues are even or slightly above projections.
The road report by Jim Simon is that the roads continue to be very well maintained. Native Excavating is doing the snow removal and is making some adjustments to early season snow removal issues.
Discussion ensued regarding strategies related to the completion of the water line replacement. The overall sentiment is to finish the project in summer 2015. This will entail using reserves coupled with a special assessment. The proposed price to complete the project was presented. Medora was asked to complete some additional research including bank financing options, and what material is the pipe from the pumphouse to the subdivision.
The Annual Meeting will be scheduled for the 1st or 2nd week of March. The next meeting of the Board will be on January 5th at 8:00 am.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:37 am.
